PP61 Sketch

Well, I decided to take my own advice and go stamp something rather than cry.  :)    I have to say, I just be more creative when I'm near tears because I am LOVING this card!   I wanted to try two of my new toys out and thankfully they worked well together.    The new Fancy Fan letterpress plate is awesome and I owe Ann a big thank you for inspiring me to get it.    It is going to be a favorite for sure!   I also just got the Fun Flowers die after hearing how much everyone LOVED it.   It has been sitting there for a few weeks now staring at me, but I was clueless what to do with it!    Well, I think it is great now that I pulled it out and used it!    (and seriously, Tempting Turquoise and Basic Gray are super terrific together; I LOVE that combo!)

Stamps:  Tiny Tags
Ink:   Basic Gray, Versamark
Paper:  Tempting Turquoise, Basic Gray, Brights DSP stack
Accessories:  Brights buttons, White Baker's Twine, Basic Gray Taffeta ribbon (retired I think....)
Tools:  Big Shot, Fancy Fan letterpress plate, Fun Flowers die, Jewelry Tag punch

  1. I love this. This flower die is on my list. We don't have the letter press plates here, but that one is gorgeous! A really beautiful card Rita.

  2. Rita, I am loving this color combo, too. It's fabulous. You have every reason to be in love with this card. Your flower works beautifully, I love the fact that you went with a thin ribbon and that you have something interesting on each layer of the card.
SO glad you joined the Paper Players and shared this wonderful card.

  3. There's nothing wrong with your mojo Rita--this card is gorgeous! Fabulous color combination and the flower is perfect. I struggle with that die but you made it beautiful. Glad you got a little stampin' therapy! So glad you joined us at The Paper Players this week! ((hugs))

  4. Wow, Rita! I love the colors you rich! The fan letterpress is so classy and looks perfect peeking behind that gorgeous flower! I'm so glad you bought it! You did a fabulous job! Thanks for playing with The Paper Players!

  5. Absolutely stunning Rita. I love the way you've used the flower die and the fan letterpress looks really beautiful too. Love it!

  6. The colors are wonderful and the flower is a beautiful focal point! The fan background is so pretty!
